Nos engagements

Equality between men and women

We pay particular attention to career development and equal pay. In 2019, 50% of our recruitments were women. Since the publication of the Avenir Professionnel law of 5 September 2018, companies with at least 50 employees must publish their professional equality index every year. This law aims to measure the overall pay gap between women and men. The index, which is the sum of various indicators, varies between 0 and 100 points. In 2019, Almavia CX scored 75 points.

Our management remains attentive to our employees' needs

Through local management and participation in managers' projects, we are very attentive to the needs and expectations of our employees, for the full success of the missions entrusted to us and the ambitions of each of them. 

We provide ongoing support

Regular meetings are organized with all our employees. They represent moments of listening and sharing essential to our respective expectations. Almavia CX is a consulting and engineering firm, two mutually enriching activities. Almavia CX is not and will not become an anonymous CV placement company. We provide long-term coaching

When hiring, we set up coaching by a senior manager who supervises the mission and the participants, with the aim of keeping our clients' commitments and increasing the skills of our employees. This coaching is a long-term process. We ensure that our expertise and knowledge are kept in line with market developments and needs. On specific themes, we accompany our employees on complementary or certification training courses making them eligible in specific areas where certification may be a prerequisite for the client. Almavia's management provides local coaching and we recommend skills reinforcement according to the needs of the assignments.

We promote the development of our employees

From their recruitment, Almavia CX makes a commitment to encourage the development of its employees. This proactive policy of skills development is a source of wealth for us as well as for our employees and customers. Each assignment offers each newcomer a challenge based on his or her core skills. We attach particular importance to maintaining the development of our employees within the same mission or from one mission to another. AlmaviaCX's managers have not forgotten that before leading their company on the road to success, not all the companies they worked for took the time to identify their potential. This is something they don't want to fall into.

Our human resources management focuses more on understanding people than on resource management. It is based on dialogue and the sharing of experiences in the field.
